The long-awaited commencement date of the Protectionof Personal Information Act (PoPIA) is 1 July 2021.
PoPIA aims to promote the protection of Personal Information processed by public and private bodies and seeks to balance the right to privacy against other rights, such as access to information.
In implementing processes to comply with the ACT, the CSIR ICC requires you to complete the subscriber preferences form by 02 July 2021.
