Conferencing and Accommodation Quality Manager
The CSIR has a vacancy for Conferencing and Accommodation Quality Manager in the CSIR Conferencing and Accommodation (C&A) group, which comprises of the CSIR International Convention Centre (CSIR ICC), Entabeni Accommodation, the CSIR Knowledge Commons and Newtons Eatery, all located on the CSIR Pretoria campus. The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the highest level of customer and guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the group, developing and implementing quality control measures, monitoring guest satisfaction and service delivery, coordinating certification audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, as well as ensuring company sustainability guidelines adherence and collaborating with various departments to maintain and enhance the group’s reputation for exceptional service and guest experiences. This position reports to the Group Manager: Conferencing and Accommodation.
