CSIR International Convention Centre receives Golden Arrow award for excellence

The CSIR International Convention Centre (ICC) has received a Golden Arrow award from Professional Management Review (PMR.africa) in the category Outstanding conference/convention centre.

The Centre was also recognised as "a company doing most in its sector over the past 12 months to stimulate the economic growth and development of the Tshwane Municipal District (including Pretoria)" in a survey conducted in the Tshwane Municipal District.

PMR.africa annually conducts over 30 000 interviews with top decision-makers in every country where it has a presence, to review customer ratings, strengths and weaknesses. PMR.africa then awards top-rated companies with either a PMR Diamond, Gold or Silver Arrow award.

This award comes shortly after the ICC conducted its own customer satisfaction survey. The survey showed that ICC customers are "extremely satisfied" with the services provided and would definitely recommend the ICC to others.
